Need to Return Your Purchase? It’s easy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from RadarContact you can return your item(s) for a full refund (minus shipping) within 90 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them. Once returns are received at the address we provide you in the email, we will process a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please ship items back with a tracking number so we can ensure the product(s) have been received.
Refunds will take approximately 5-10 business days to reflect on your billing statement once they are processed after the product(s) are received.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size you have 90 days to exchange the items for the correct size. The customer is responsible for return shipping AND shipping costs for the new/corrected size to be shipped back. Customers will be invoiced for the exchange shipping.To initiate and exchange email us at: hello@radarcontact.com.
Exchange orders will be processed once the return/wrong size is received at our headquarters.
